About Cross Tracks Church
165 years and counting…
We were established in 1854. Our historic chapel building is more than 100 years old. Cross Tracks Church is a United Methodist Community.
The cross lights the way.
Have you noticed the nine-foot cross on our property? It is illuminated at night and is a wonderful reminder of our love for each other and our community.
Children are welcome.
Children are invited to come to the front to hear a message prepared especially for them each Sunday (except Communion Sunday – the first Sunday of the month). There are Sunday school classes just for kids along with Bible Buddies, and a nursery with qualified and well-trained staff.
Fifth Sunday means fun, food & fellowship!
Prior to the emergence of COVID-19, every 5th Sunday we had Sunday school at 10:00 AM and a combined and blended worship service at 11:00 AM, followed by a potluck lunch. With the grace of God, we hope to continue this tradition soon. Stay tuned!
Let’s go out to the ball game & much more.
Every summer we treat the children of Waco’s Texas Methodist Children’s Home to a Round Rock Express game. Cross Tracks Choir has the honor of singing the national anthem at the baseball game.
We host an annual Easter egg hunt for the community, a fall trunk or treat event, VBS in the summertime, and much more. We love these events that introduce us to the new folks in our community of Liberty Hill.
