Teresa is very excited about the opportunity to serve Cross Tracks as the Director of Christian Education. Teresa and Chris (her hubby since 1978) moved to Liberty Hill in September 2015 after living in Austin since 1996.

Her ministerial experiences include serving as the Director of Children’s Ministry at Laguna Hills United Methodist Church in California as well as serving in youth ministry in various capacities from 1989-1996; Student Ministries Pastor at Bethany UMC in Austin, Texas 2005-2017; and the Texas Regional Director of the Center for Youth Ministry Training 2016-2021. She was licensed as a Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church in 2013. Teresa graduated from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in May 2019 with a Master of Arts in Youth Ministry.

Teresa and Chris have 3 adult children (Chad, Eric, and Kellie) and through their marriages have welcomed 2 additional children (Erin and Maribeth). They have been blessed with six grandchildren (Shia, Miles, Kate, Finn, Maisie. and Sadee). Teresa enjoys the outdoors, cooking, reading, but most of all time with family and friends.
