Margaret Wofford
Choir Director (Music)Margaret Wofford is the Music Director at Cross Tracks Church.
Margaret is a lifelong United Methodist, and she and her husband, Jim, have been members of this congregation for 26 years – they were married in the chapel!
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Music – Vocal Performance degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Education – Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University. Following college graduation, she served as both a Music and Youth Director in the United Methodist Church for several years.
After completing the Teacher Certification Program through the Region 13 Education Service Center, she taught elementary music and then went on to earn her school counselor certification. During her 25 years in education, she served schools in Florence, Liberty Hill and Pflugerville.
She has retired from education and now works at the Liberty Hill Public Library.
